10m x 10m Pigeon Net - Black
Heavy-Duty 10m x 10m Bird Netting for Pigeons
Our 10m x 10m Pigeon Netting is a cost-effective pigeon deterrent solution for commercial, industrial, and residential properties. Just some of the situations in which this anti-bird netting can be used include:
-
Covering large rooftops to prevent pigeon nesting
-
Protecting building balconies & ledges from fouling
-
Securing open-air car parks & loading bays against bird intrusion
-
Shielding industrial warehouses & factories from bird-related damage
-
Safeguarding agricultural & garden areas
-
Enclosing courtyards in urban settings
-
Installing under bridges to prevent pigeons from nesting
The 10m x 10m net precut size is great for all of these settings and more. Plus, the 50mm mesh size ensures a reliable pigeon deterrent, as this size is too small for pigeons to enter, but large enough for them to see and avoid.
The black bird net colour also creates an unobtrusive appearance in environments where aesthetics are important.
A Longer-Lasting Pigeon Netting Choice
Crafted from high-quality knotted polyethylene, this netting is designed for durability and longevity. It's UV-stabilised, chemically inert, and rot-proof, ensuring it can withstand challenging weather conditions without degrading or losing effectiveness over time.
The knotted design enhances its durability and resilience, making it suitable for prolonged use in a variety of environments.
With easy installation and low maintenance, this netting ensures a clean, safe, and pigeon-free environment, allowing you to enjoy your space without the nuisance of unwanted birds.

3 Step Bird Netting Installation Guide
Setting up your bird net is simple: you will build a wire frame around the area, then clip the net to the wire.
1. Place Your Fixings
- Put Main Fixings every 10 meters and at every corner/turn.
- Put Intermediate Fixings in a straight line between the main ones.
2. Run and Tighten the Wire
- Start: Loop the wire through your first main fixing and secure it with 2 grips or ferrules.
- End: At the other end, loop the wire into a barrel strainer, hook the strainer to the main fixing, and twist to tighten the wire.
(For runs over 10 meters, add a criss-cross wire for extra support).
3. Clip on the Net
- Use a cable tie to anchor the corner of the net to a corner fixing.
- Pull the net tight and square, then clip every single mesh loop to the wire using hog rings.
Quick Tips
- Stainless Steel vs Galvanised: We highly recommend Stainless Steel (304 or 316 grade). Galvanised wire is cheaper but will rust much faster.
- Get the Right Fixings: Make sure your screws/plugs match your surface (wood, brick, metal, or cladding).

FAQs
Do You Offer Custom-Size Anti-Pigeon Netting?
We do – our Made To Order 50mm Flame Free Pigeon Netting can be cut to the length and width you request.
Can the Pigeon Net Be Cut?
Yes, should you need to adjust or reshape the Pigeon Net to fit the area of installation, you can easily cut the netting with sharp scissors or a knife.
Why is Black Bird Netting a Good Colour for Pigeon Deterrents?
Black is the standard choice for bird netting as it is less visible and blends in with the surroundings. It also helps blend into the background of most buildings, making it a more discreet option for pigeon control.
How Do I Measure How Much Pigeon Bird Netting I Need?
Measure the entire area you wish to cover, adding extra on your calculations for fixing and securing. If you're unsure, contact our team and we’ll be happy to advise.
Can the Pigeon Netting Be Reused or Relocated?
Yes, absolutely. Our 10m x 10m Pigeon Netting is durable and flexible enough to be reused or moved, but only if it’s undamaged and still in good condition. If damaged, we recommend repurchasing your net for optimal effectiveness and safety.
